Lee Mitchell is a wildlife biologist currently working for the US Army Corps of Engineers.  Lee has worked for the Natural Resources Conservation Service as a private lands wildlife biologist focusing on upland game bird management, and for the Department of Army as both a non-game and game management biologist for over a decade.  Lee received his Bachelors of Science in Forestry from Stephen F. Austin State University in east Texas and his Masters of Science from Georgia Southern University.  Lee's passion lies in all things habitat and believes in the mantra "If you build it, they will come".  Lee is a passionate bowhunter who enjoys chasing big white-tails and in his spare time enjoys writing about his bowhunting experiences.  He has been published twice in the Journal of Wildlife Management and numerous times in Bowhunter magazine.
